All our holiday apartments are equipped with an electronic door lock, which can be opened with a numerical code. A few days before arrival, our guests receive an email/SMS with their access code to open the door. You are therefore completely flexible in terms of time when you arrive.
WIRELESS INTERNET ACCESS
All of our apartments have free WiFi. Name and password can be found on site in a small guest information.
Children
Children of all ages are welcome.

Cats and dogs of all sizes are welcome in the "Heuboden" and "Spitzboden" apartments. We ask for a short information before arrival.
sustainability
Sustainable use of resources is a matter of course for us. We want to preserve and maintain the beautiful old buildings. When furnishing the apartments, we opted for high-quality and robust inventory. We trust that guests will appreciate this and that the inventory will have a long life expectancy. The electricity for the holiday apartments is obtained purely from renewable energies. We avoid waste by, for example, equipping the kitchens with permanent coffee filters, our vacuum cleaners work without filters thanks to cyclone technology, and we support guests in separating waste correctly. hygiene
A thorough cleaning of the apartments is a matter of course.
House rules for our holiday apartments: Quiet times: Please respect the quiet times from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. Noise that disturbs other guests should be avoided. Visitors: Please inform us in advance if you intend to receive visitors. We reserve the right to refuse entry if the number of guests exceeds the maximum occupancy of the apartment. Smoking: Smoking is not permitted in the apartments. Please use the designated outdoor smoking areas. Children are very welcome (some apartments have a cot) Animals: Pets are welcome in some apartments. We ask for prior agreement. Please keep your animals on a leash and make sure they do not cause any damage. Waste separation: Please separate the waste into paper, plastic, glass and residual waste and dispose of it in the appropriate waste bins. Kitchen: Please ensure that crockery and kitchen utensils are left clean and tidy after use. Please dispose of food leftovers and packaging in the containers provided. Furniture and fixtures: Please handle the furniture and fixtures with care and avoid damaging them. Electricity and water: Please make sure that you use electricity and water sparingly and switch them off when you leave the apartment. Emergencies: In case of emergencies or technical problems, please contact us immediately. Departure: Please leave the apartment on the day of departure by 9:00 a.m. at the latest and leave the apartment in a clean and tidy condition.
