General terms and conditions (GTC) for renting our holiday apartment:
1. Conclusion of contract: The rental contract is concluded through the booking request of the tenant and the subsequent confirmation by the landlord. The contract is binding and applies to the agreed rental period.
2. Rental price and terms of payment: The rental price and the terms of payment are specified in the booking confirmation. The rental price includes all additional costs such as electricity, water, heating and final cleaning. A deposit of 50% of the rental price is due within 7 days after receipt of the booking confirmation. The balance is to be paid no later than 14 days before arrival.
3. Arrival and departure: Arrival is possible from 5 p.m., departure must be by 9 a.m., unless otherwise agreed. In the event of late departure, the landlord may charge an additional fee.
4. Cancellation: If canceled up to 14 days before arrival, the deposit will be refunded. However, we charge a processing fee of €50. In case of a later cancellation, a refund of the deposit is not possible. If the tenant does not arrive or leaves early, the rental price remains due in full.
5. Liability: The landlord is not liable for damage or loss incurred by the tenant in the holiday home or on the property. The tenant is obliged to treat the holiday apartment and the inventory with care and to report any damage caused to the landlord immediately.
6. House rules: The tenant undertakes to comply with the house rules and to observe the night's rest from 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. Smoking is not permitted in the apartment. Pets may only be brought after prior agreement with the landlord.
7. Severability clause: Should a provision of these General Terms and Conditions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected. Instead of the ineffective provision, an effective provision shall be deemed to have been agreed which comes as close as possible to the economic purpose of the ineffective provision.
8. Place of jurisdiction: The place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from the tenancy is the seat of the landlord.
By booking the holiday apartment, the tenant agrees to these terms and conditions.
